Kreativ Booking – A Dubai-based travel company partnered with Velocita for it’s travel app design. Kreativ Booking.com is a one-stop-travel-shop that offers the broadest selection of travel products and services like bookings for hotels, flights, metros, activities etc through a single app for travelers to the Gulf. Velocita was their brand partner, we helped define and design the brand strategy, corporate identity, web and mobile application.

Prototyping
Good web or app design, good content and a clear information architecture play their part in funneling customers to booking paths. For Kreativ Booking, pricing, offering a wide range of activities and events to be a part of play a big part in making a sale. The wireframes were designed to focus on a wide range of user interactions on a single screen—searching, shortlisting, booking, paying and more. This ensured that customers had a clear route to book or purchase.
Design Style
Each page had to answer the user’s questions and concerns on how they could plan their trip. This information was structured logically to allow users to scan the page quickly and add or remove things to do from their trip itinerary. Once we defined what the page needed to achieve we then focused on design elements and graphical composition.
Results
The app is easy to use and delivers a fast, smooth experience across desktop, mobile and tablet devices. Thanks to our work, Kreativ Booking users can search for any trip related information they need, filter results, and resolve any travel queries quickly on the app.
